New pub has a wizard theme

A NEW pub has been named in honour of a famous Northumberland magician.

Tennis Tennis, consisting of guitarist Patrick Riley and vocalist Alaina Moore, met while studying philosophy in college. Motivated by stories shared by sailors, the two sold their collective possessions, bought an old sailboat and embarked on a 7-month journey along the Eastern seaboard. Upon their return, and in search of an outlet to catalog their experience, the couple began writing and performing music together. Food will be served throughout the day. The pub was officially opened by Morpeth Mayor Ken Brown on Tuesday.
